• Booking is through the link in my bio/ online google link. • No current slots to book = no available appointments • My books open every other month, I only schedule 1-2 months at a time • Please fill out all forms attached to your confirmation email •Deposits are required for ALL new clients (deposits goes towards final service cost) • Deposits required for ALL facial services (new and returning clients) • rescheduling appointments will be done through my website ONLY (unless a REAL emergency) Please arrive at your appointment time. Not early, not late. • 5+ minutes late = appointment canceled deposit forfeited especially if you don't communicate) • 48 hour notice is REQUIRED to reschedule and keep your deposit •One reschedule allowed, additional changes will result in another deposit. • Less than 24 hour notice = deposit forfeited And a new deposit required to book again. • Same-day cancellations = full appointment cost due + new deposit required to rebook. • No-call no-shows may not book again. no exceptions, thank you for respecting my time and business
